Family Guest Experience Lead

OliOli Children's Museum in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Engagement Team Lead responsible for enhancing guest experiences. This role involves overseeing staff and ensuring that guests receive exemplary service within the Hoppi® venue designed for children aged 2-8.

As a leader, you will model guest engagement, train peers, manage events and prioritize customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has significant experience in customer service, strong leadership skills, and an enthusiasm for working with families.
