Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated leader to join Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge as the Executive Chief Steward. The Stewarding department maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and order for all kitchens, dish areas, and related backspaces for our dining outlets and Conference Centre space. Reporting to the Executive Chef, this role leads the Stewarding team and supports a safe, efficient, and hospitality-driven operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Stewarding management team and colleagues by example, fostering trust, integrity, open communication, and professional, engaging service.
