Job Description

1. Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency and report to management.
2. Participate in periodic management reviews and continuously improve the quality management system.
3. Plan the use of tools, machinery, and production personnel.
4. Coordinate with customers and the sales department.
5. Manage production personnel and execute production to meet targets and assigned policies.
6. Establish work guidelines for each department.
7. Manage maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure they are in operational condition.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
