Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must have a National Senior Certificate; A Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, or a related field would be advantageous
- Minimum 810 years' experience in a Factory Management, Production Management, or Manufacturing Leadership role
- Must have experience within the Shopfitting, Wood Manufacturing, Cabinetry, Joinery, or related manufacturing industries
- Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, workflow management, and factory operations
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
- Experience implementing and managing quality control systems and procedures
- Strong commercial understanding of manufacturing costs, material utilisation, waste reduction, and supply chain management
