Factory Manager - Marble & Granite Industry

The Factory Manager would oversee the end‑to‑end factory management, procurement, import, fabrication, manufacturing, installation logistics, quality control, workforce management, and process improvement operations.

Operations Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with the company’s business goals (growth in supply/fabrication/installation of marble & granite products).
• Set operational KPIs (e.g., fabrication throughput, installation efficiency, on‑time delivery, cost per square meter, waste reduction) and monitor performance.
• Forecast operational capacity needs (machines, manpower, flooring/cutting, finishing, logistics) to meet project demands.

Production & Fabrication Management

• Oversee the fabrication/manufacturing process of marble/granite (cutting, polishing, finishing, quality check) ensuring efficient workflow, minimal waste, high quality.
