Job Description

- Lead and oversee the overall factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and delivery schedules are achieved
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to maximize productivity and optimize resource utilization
- Manage and supervise production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and other related factory departments
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations (K3), and quality management systems
- Monitor production costs, control budgets, and implement cost reduction initiatives
- Coordinate with Sales, PPIC, Purchasing, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth production planning and customer delivery
