JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE: FACILITY MANAGER We are ok to explore candidates without exact Facility Management role but coming from retail or store management experience as well. As long as the candidate is willing to learn & deliver the expectations. Employment type - Full time Field job OFFICE HOURS Monday to Friday @ 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Saturday half day. No of days working in a week - 5.5 days Week-off - Sunday Work from home - Not available CRITERIA Location - Deployment to Kots Properties will only be done after the candidate clears the probation period. Therefore, the distance between the candidate's residence location, to the cluster should be practical for thier travel. Bike is mandatory as the property operations team are required to handle multiple sites within their cluster.
