Facility Management Systems Specialist

Summary The purpose of this position is to serve as the Facility Management Systems Specialist with primary responsibility for the Park's Facility Management Software System (FMSS). Responsibilities GS- 07: - Serves in a developmental role supporting Facility Management Software System (FMSS) operations, including asset inventory, condition assessments, cost estimating, work orders, and life-cycle data. - Provides basic support for Financial and Business Management System (FBMS) tasks related to fleet, energy, and real property reporting, and assists with special projects to build asset-management knowledge. - Manages Bandelier National Monument's housing program, including tenant processing, eligibility review, inspections, rent calculations, reimbursements, and coordination of special-use occupancies. - Uses iQMIS to manage housing inventory, tenant assignments, rent compliance, billing, reports, and leasing documentation. - Assists with asset condition assessments, prioritization of...
