Job Description
We have an outstanding Contract position for aFacility Maintenance Technicianto join a leading Company located in the Chelmsford, MA surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.**
The 2nd‑Shift Facility Maintenance Technician (Contractor) provides general upkeep and basic repairs for plant and office facilities, primarily at the Chelmsford micro‑electronics manufacturing site, while also supporting additional buildings as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Working the M-TH 2nd shift (≈2:30pm–1am), this position handles routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting ranging from electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.
+ Follows work orders and or other general instructions, conducts inspections, logs completed work, and offers limited janitorial support (e.g., trash removal, floor cleaning)...
