**Description**

**Scope of Work:**

The Supervisor II will oversee the daily operations and maintenance activities of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems on the Unaccompanied Housing Contract in Guam. This role involves managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring efficient service call response, and implementing a robust preventive maintenance program. The Supervisor II will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and by contract requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

+ The Supervisor II shall be in charge on-site at the facility during hours that the Program Manager are not available. The Supervisor II is directly responsible for the quality assurance, maintenance activities, maintenance schedules, and activities of all members of his or her team.
