Job Description

Scope:

This position will work in all aspects of Facility Maintenance, with a primary focus on fleet vehicle and equipment maintenance.

$27.32 + shift differential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Service and maintain fleet vehicles

+ Minor Fork truck and other PIV repairs

+ Repair and service all landscaping equipment

+ Small engine repairs

+ Complete preventative maintenance per manufacturer's recommendations on all equipment

+ Coordinate outside vendors for major equipment repairs

+ Assist electricians, plumbers, welders as needed

+ Assist with landscaping duties if needed

+ Assist with winter events, such as salting, shoveling, or plowing

+ May be required to work off shift or overtime as emergencies require
