Job Description

Position Description:
Performs duties to maintain building and grounds; perform general housekeeping repairs and installations; and conduct scheduled safety audits of safety related equipment through the entire facility. 
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure the building facilities are in good working order and meet expectations
Perform general installations or repairs including but not limited to plumbing, lighting – inside and out, painting, and general carpentry
Repair cook racks and dollies daily to ensure availability for production
Perform and document weekly inspections of eye wash stations and makes needed repairs
Perform and document monthly fire extinguisher and emergency lighting inspections making any needed repairs
Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Keep walkways clear of snow and ice, maintain emergency exits making sure they are access...
