**Job Title: Facilities Technician**
**Job Description**
The Facilities Technician maintains and supports a modern aircraft hangar and associated office areas by performing routine upkeep, basic repairs, and general facility maintenance. This role combines hands-on mechanical work with regular cleaning, organization, and support for aircraft operations and maintenance activities. The Facilities Technician uses hand tools, cleaning supplies, and basic construction skills to keep the hangar, workshops, classrooms, and offices safe, clean, and operational.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform daily upkeep and maintenance of equipment and facilities in and around the aircraft hangar using basic mechanical aptitude and hand tools.
+ Use cleaning supplies to sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, and dispose of trash and materials throughout the hangar, workshops, classrooms, and common areas.
