Facilities Supervisor (Full-time Permanent)

Role Overview

The Facilities Supervisor reports directly to the Facilities Manager and leads the day‑to‑day operations and management of the physical plant services at the YMCA’s flagship location, Taggart Building (180 Argyle Ave.).

Responsibilities include maintaining, cleaning, and repairing all facilities and major equipment and systems, overseeing a team of approximately twenty staff, implementing standards of service excellence, managing the facilities budget, and leading projects related to building technology, sustainability, and safety compliance.
