The Role

The Facilities Specialist is responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our Point of Presence (POP). This role focuses on the planning, installation, and upgrading of critical network hardware. You will ensure that physical sites—including power systems, cooling, rack space, and cabling—are built to spec, maintained for reliability, and scaled to meet growing network demands.

What You’ll Do

• POP Installation & Upgrades: Lead the physical deployment of new POP sites and the expansion of existing facilities. This includes site surveys, equipment positioning, and managing rip‑and‑replace activities.
