Facilities Maintenance & Operations
Plan and execute annual maintenance for critical systems such as HVAC and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)Perform routine office maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing repairsManage and maintain office equipment, including copiers, coffee machines, water dispensers, vending machines, and pantry appliancesOversee maintenance and management of gym facilities and equipmentManage office assets, including furniture and other physical infrastructureWorkplace & Administration Management
