Facilities Project Manager (State of Good Repair)

As we continue supporting our clients with the renewal and modernization of critical facilities and infrastructure, we’re seeking a Facilities Project Manager - State of Good Repair (SGR) to lead essential capital reinvestment projects that enhance safety, performance, and long‑term asset reliability.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering facility SGR projects from initial investigation through design, construction, and closeout. You’ll ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and operational performance goals while supporting our clients’ strategic State of Good Repair priorities.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership
