Facilities Operations & Tenant Relations Lead

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead daily soft services operations and maintenance of an industrial property. You will manage facility management activities, coordinate with service providers for maintenance works, and respond to tenants' feedback to sustain a strong landlord-tenant relationship.

You will oversee handovers of premises, monitor tenant fit-outs, perform regular site walks, and assist in forecasting, budgeting and accruals.
