Facilities Operations Specialist

Summary The position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief of Operations, Superintendent, House Office Buildings, Assistant Superintendent, Tenant Services Division, Tenant Projects Branch. The incumbent serves as a Facilities Operations Specialist responsible for the identification and management of maintenance tasks required in the House Office Buildings. Schedules trades, craft and labor tasks for construction, renovation and installation projects. Responsibilities The tour of duty for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Hours may change due to operational needs of management.
