What this job involves: As a Facilities Manager, you will serve as the key frontline representative responsible for delivering professional, effective, and efficient integrated facilities management services. You will be the primary point of contact for site operations and client representatives, ensuring all works and services under the contract are performed to the highest standards. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership, where you'll supervise service delivery, coordinate improvement works with the Project Manager, and drive operational excellence across all FM disciplines.
