This opening position is at Plastikon Healthcare in Lawrence Kansas USA.Facility ManagerDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Facility Manager manages, and coordinates activities of the facility crew and contracted trades/service suppliers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment.
This position is also responsible for maintenance of buildings and utility systems by performing duties personally, or through subordinates and contracted trades/service suppliers.
The Facility Manager selects, trains, coaches, counsels, and disciplines subordinates.
The incumbent represents engineering and validation projects and participates in continuous improvement projects in support of the Quality System.
The Facility Maintenance Manager is directly responsible for maintenance supply procurement.
