Inspections & Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and systems to ensure compliance with company standards and operational excellence.Team Management:
Lead, recruit, train, and evaluate the maintenance team, providing guidance and support for continuous skills development.Budget Management:
Monitor and control the maintenance budget, ensuring adequate inventory levels of materials, spare parts, and tools.Collaboration with Departments & Suppliers:
