Job Description

Minimum Requirements
  • South African citizen.
  • Medically fit and able to perform the duties of the position.
  • Maximum preferred age: 57 years , although all suitably qualified and medically fit candidates will be considered.
  • One of the following qualifications:
    • Trade Test (Electrical or Mechanical), or
    • National Diploma (NDip) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or
    • BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing facilities, maintenance, or utilities.
  • Strong knowledge of building services and preventative maintenance.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
