**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

+ Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
+ Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
+ Maintain facility systems, including lighting, HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures, doors, drywall, and other building components.
+ Assist with machine installations, equipment moves, and facility improvement projects.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
