Facilities Maintenance Assistant

The ExtraCare Charitable Trust is recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Assistant at its Sunley Court location.

This role supports day‑to‑day maintenance and the smooth operation of the village, carrying out planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and general fault‑finding across building services and facilities systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and statutory compliance checks across the village.
• Perform health and safety inspections, life‑critical system testing, and daily operational checks in line with legislation and company procedures.
• Ensure repair requests are prioritised, completed within target timescales, and delivered to a high standard.
• Support the management of void properties, including water safety checks, flushing routines, and general repairs.
