Job Description

The Facilities Executive / Senior Facilities Executive (FE/SFE) serves as a HQ-based Facilities Management resource to support the smooth day-to-day operations of St Lukes Eldercare residences. This role reports to Senior Manager, Facilities (Residences), and works closely with the Deputy Heads of Residence, and Operations Executives to coordinate facilities services, manage vendors, and ensure that residences remain safe, compliant, and operationally ready to support care delivery.

While facilities upgrading and rejuvenation works may arise, the primary focus of this role is operational FM support, vendor coordination, and issue resolution across multiple eldercare residences.
