Overview
Assisting the Facilities Manager in ensuring building presentation standards, including all items of plant and equipment in the assigned properties, are maintained and operate through close management of contractor services.
This role will provide facilities management advice with a focus on client relationship management, occupier interaction, asset lifecycle management and reporting, sustainability, health, safety and security of all visitors and occupants, and the management of the operational FM budget. It places key emphasis on presenting Google as a customer‑facing client, while also managing Google as a tenant. A primary responsibility is maintaining and interacting with the relationship with the Google Facilities Manager, the landlords of the various sites, and their contractors/agents.
