Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all hard and soft facilities services, including maintenance, janitorial, waste management, and workplace services.
- Ensure facilities comply with local Brazilian regulations, corporate EH&S, and Security requirements.
- Lead and coordinate construction, refurbishment, and fit‑out projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Project management, supervising and coordinating the work of contractors (3rd parties).
- Managing and leading changes to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.
- Coordinate equipment and structure repairs.
- Act as primary facilities point of contact with landlords, including service coordination and issue escalation.
