Our Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Sydney office environment, coordinating facilities services, supporting emergency preparedness and maintaining a safe, efficient and welcoming workplace experience.

As part of the Office Services team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and building management to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will have strong customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver a high-quality experience for employees and visitors.
