Job Requirements
  • Degree/diploma/certification in Building/Facilities Management, or Real Estate Management, or equivalent
  • Min 4 years of relevant working experience in the property industry. For more experience candidates, work experience in a Managing Agent is a plus.
Good to Have
  • Class 3 driving licence
  • Fire Safety Manager's certificate
Job Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day maintenance of properties
  • Physically inspect properties to identify needs for maintenance work
  • Contractor management and negotiation
  • Budgeting of repair sums
  • Maintaining contractor records
