Job Description
Job Title: Multi-Site Building and Operational Asset Manager
Work Schedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week
Work Location: On-site (no remote work)
Regular travel (Canada/United States)
Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 per year
Benefits: 12% annual bonus, 3-4 weeks of vacation, company cell phone
This comprehensive role combines hands-on management of three key sites with strategic oversight of a significant asset portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for the forklift fleet serving over 100 sites across Canada and the United States.
