Facilities and Maintenance Manager I

You will manage the design, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and inspection of construction projects and building alterations. Your role includes ensuring compliance with municipal regulations and fire safety codes, creating facility layouts and architectural drawings, and analyzing cost management, lease tracking, and administrative functions within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Department.
