Job Description
EVENT EXECUTIVE THE ROLE
- Plan, host and facilitate events for Lockdown, Coffeemin, ThinkOut and V-Room
- Handle day to day operations of Lockdown, Coffeemin and V-Room, including the responsibilities of the part‑timers
- Design and prepare marketing materials
- Attend to customers enquiries about events.
- Able to prioritize work, multi‑tasking and follow‑up with an eye for detail
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Confident in speaking to a group of people
- Willing to work on public holidays and weekends if necessary
- Excellent oral, written and good interpersonal skills
- Good Photoshop/Design skills will be advantageous
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- Opportunities for rotations of roles and exposure to different events
- Roster shift averaging 4.5 day work week
