FACILITATIONS/SPORTS MANAGEMENT Position

Bilingual – Afrikaans and English.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ experience in Camp Facilitation, Outdoor Education, Sports Programs or Youth Development
• Passion for Outdoor Education, Sport & Leadership Development
• Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced camp environment

Responsibilities

• Co‑ordinating & managing the day‑to‑day operations of the camps, ensuring safety & a functional environment for campers and staff
• Scheduling maintenance tasks
• Managing budgets
• Overseeing staff
• Implementing safety protocols
• Excellent organizational & communication skills
