Job brief
Faade Lead manages the design, coordination, and execution of building faade systems for large design-and-build industrial, business park, and commercial developments. The role ensures the faade integrates properly with architectural, structural, and MEP designs while meeting performance and sustainability standards
Responsibilities- Lead the design and engineering of faade systems , including curtain walls, glazing, metal cladding, precast panels, and building envelope components.
- Review faade shop drawings , BIM models , and technical submissions .
- Ensure faade systems meet structural, thermal, acoustic, waterproofing, and fire safety performance requirements .
