Job Description

Fabricator / Welder Team Leader – Cookstown
I’m currently recruiting for a Fabricator / Welder Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing business based in Cookstown.

This is a great opportunity for someone with fabrication, welding or production experience who is ready to step into a leadership role, or someone already leading a small team.

The role will involve:
Supporting the day-to-day running of a production team

Helping organise workload and priorities

Supporting quality, safety and production targets

Working closely with supervisors and other departments

Helping solve issues on the shop floor

Encouraging good housekeeping and safe working practices

Supporting continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in fabrication, welding, steelwork, production or manufacturing
