Fabrication Manager

To manage the fabrication, assembly and installation of specialized containers and enclosures such as Generator Containers, Acoustic Enclosures, E‑Houses, Control Rooms, Fuel Tanks, and Skid‑Mounted Units, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end fabrication activities of specialized containers such as Generator Containers, Acoustic Enclosures, Control Rooms, E‑Houses, MCC Rooms, and Skid‑Mounted Units.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Plan production schedules and monitor progress to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and client standards.
• Supervise workshop manpower, subcontractors and site installation teams.
• Monitor material utilization, productivity and project costs.
