Fabric Maintenance Operative / Multi-Skilled Operative
Location: London and surrounding areas
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute lunch break)
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Fabric Maintenance Operatives / Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our growing team. The successful candidates will primarily work across our education portfolios throughout London, with occasional travel to the Home Counties to provide cover during periods of sickness, annual leave, or operational requirements.
The role involves carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works to a high standard across a diverse range of residential and educational properties.
