This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a stable Monday–Friday day‑shift pattern within a large, well‑established healthcare environment.Role OverviewAs a Fabric Engineer, you will carry out a wide range of building fabric maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains safe,pliant, and fully operational. You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary estates team, delivering both planned and reactive works to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Building fabric maintenance including doors, locks, flooring, tiling, and fixtures

Reactive repairs across the estate as issues arise

Basic plumbing tasks such as unblocking drains and repairing leaks

Minor carpentry and general handyperson duties

Ensuring all workplies with health & safety regulations
