Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a 4 Star or 5 Star hotel or resort
- Minimum 10 years' experience within the hospitality industry preferred
- Valid Driver's License essential
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, stock management, and forecasting
- Banqueting and conferencing experience essential
- Excellent leadership and staff development skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality legislation
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with POS and PMS systems advantageous
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem solving skills
- Hands on, guest focused, and service driven
