Job Summary

We are seeking Extruder Helpers to join our team in Aurora, Ontario. The role involves assisting the Extruder Operator to safely, efficiently, and productively produce a quality product in accordance with company and customer specifications.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Assist the Operator with machine set‑ups and operation.
• Perform quality checks and ensure correct specifications.
• Load and unload materials from the machine.
• Read and understand production orders.
• Fill out required paperwork.
• Use a computer for data entry and documentation.
• Exercise mechanical ability to run the processes.
• Make any required adjustments to the equipment.
• Work well with others as a team member.
