3 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To deliver a high-quality, responsive housing management and tenancy support service for residents within an Extra Care Housing Scheme, ensuring they live in a safe, secure, and well-managed environment. The role supports tenants to sustain their tenancies, maximise independence, and exercise choice while ensuring the Council's landlord responsibilities are fulfilled in accordance with Somerset Council policies and procedures.
