Job Position: Exports Customs Controller

Ref: 4661

Salary: R20 000 to R25 000 per month CTC commensurate with experience and qualification

Minimum Requirements:

1. Certification in Customs Clearing and Forwarding (Logistics Diploma will be an advantage)
2. Extensive knowledge of the customs and excise requirements
3. Extensive computer and intermediate level Excel experience
4. Working knowledge of ShipShape
5. Solid Clearing and Forwarding Exports experience required
6. Sound knowledge of shipping documents and procedures required
7. Attention to detail and accuracy
8. Ability to deal with repetition and cope under stress / volumes and able to prioritize
9. Willingness to work long hours in season
10. Own transport to work and back essential – no public transport
11. Willingness to work overtime
