Export operations controller

Our client, a Perishable Exports company in the Northern Suburbs, is in need of an Export Operations Controller to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations and liaise with various stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications, Competencies and Skills Diploma in Shipping, Clearing and Freight Forwarding, Distribution and Logistics Business Management or related field (Preferable). At least 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics of Perishables (export-related). Strong persuasive and outstanding organisational skills. Willingness to work additional hours from time to time due to the nature of business. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. High levels of motivation and proactiveness. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Fair knowledge of the Intermodal Logistics industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
