Thrive is looking for an Expert Workstation Deployment Engineer to deliver top-tier hardware management solutions onsite five times a week. Play a pivotal role in the client technology experience!
This position at Thrive focuses on optimizing the deployment of client devices, ensuring a seamless integration into their workplace. You will engage in hardware lifecycle management, leveraging automated tools to prepare and deliver laptops, desktops, and mobile devices securely and efficiently. Your initiatives will directly enhance the client's first-day experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute provisioning with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune
• Manage detailed custom configurations for client hardware
• Oversee complete hardware flow from receipt to repacking
• Maintain the Asset Management database for accuracy
• Perform quality assurance checks on delivered devices
