Expert Advisor – HR Data Governance

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize HR data governance strategy for the Talent and Culture Vice Presidency (VPTC)
• Represent the VPTC within corporate data governance bodies
• Establish and continuously evolve data quality mechanisms
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and classification of HR data
• Prepare and enable HR data for advanced use cases
• Define, structure, and maintain HR data standards, metadata, and definitions
• Act as a trusted advisor to Talent and Culture teams and partners
• Raise awareness and support stakeholders regarding data‑driven decision‑making in HR

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in roles related to data, information systems, HR processes, analytics, or information management
• At least 7 years in data governance, data management, or analytics‑related roles
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
