Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize HR data governance strategy for the Talent and Culture Vice Presidency (VPTC)
- Represent the VPTC within corporate data governance bodies
- Establish and continuously evolve data quality mechanisms
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and classification of HR data
- Prepare and enable HR data for advanced use cases
- Define, structure, and maintain HR data standards, metadata, and definitions
- Act as a trusted advisor to Talent and Culture teams and partners
- Raise awareness and support stakeholders regarding data‑driven decision‑making in HR
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in roles related to data, information systems, HR processes, analytics, or information management
- At least 7 years in data governance, data management, or analytics‑related roles
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
