Your responsibility will encompass financial management, rigorous performance tracking, and continuous improvement strategies to drive client satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer service contracts and renewals
• Coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams
• Ensure managed services meet quality standards
• Track service performance against KPIs effectively
• Manage improvement plans with end customers
Requirements:
• At least 7 years in service delivery management
• Excellent command of the English language
• ITIL certification highly desired
