About the Role

As a Server at Vintage Conservatory, you will play a key role in delivering polished, attentive service for member dining, private events, and tastings. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined environment and has a genuine interest in wine and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to members and guests
• Execute food and beverage service for seated dinners, standing receptions, and private events
• Confidently speak to menu items, wine selections, and service standards
• Set up and break down event spaces according to venue guidelines
• Work closely with the front-of-house team and sommelier to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times
