**The position**: By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:
- Empower and coach people and product teams through advice, success stories, tools, and good practices on how to discover, deliver and manage digital technology products.
- Explain what product management is about in practice to a diverse audience with different starting points and contexts.
- Engage with a broad range of people and product teams to learn about their pain points, desires and needs and ideate on solutions.
- Drive upskilling of product managers and product teams and help them build a bridge between theory and practice.
