**Pediatric Nurse Practitioner | Make a Meaningful Impact in Your Community**
Provide high-quality, **no-cost** primary care to uninsured children through Banner Health's Community Clinic in the West Valley (Tolleson). Funded by Banner Health Foundation, this established 0.6 FTE position offers a rewarding schedule while serving families who need it most.
**Position Highlights**
+ **Part-time schedule:** 24 hours per week Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
+ **Location:** Banner Children's Community Clinic, 9401 W Garfield St., Tolleson, AZ 85353
+ **Manageable patient volume:** 1015 patients per day
+ Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care to children from birth through age 18
+ Work one-on-one with a dedicated Medical Assistant in a close-knit clinic setting
+ Access to Banner Health specialists and referral support
+ Light call responsibilities
